Will you be expanding into girls sports and other sports?

Yes, our sports teams will be driven by available coaches. If you are interested in coaching opportunities, please visit our Coaches page to learn more.

Can a player participate in FCA Sports if they are not a follower of Jesus?

Yes, absolutely. Participants are not required to be a follower of Jesus, but they do agree to explore their faith in Jesus in accordance of our published Mission Statement and Core Values.

How much does it cost to play?

FCA Sports works hard to provide low cost playing opportunities. Costs will vary depending on the number of tournaments each team decides to play. Generally speaking, we see costs range from $300 - $750.

What other costs should I be aware of?

Include the cost of traveling to tournaments and $5-$10 a person for tournament admission fees.

Are coaches paid?

Generally no. However, if we find a great-fit non-parent coach, we may decide to compensate them for their time.

How competitive is a FCA Club Sports team compared to other clubs?

The competitive level of each team will be determined by the available players at that grade level. Our goal is to assemble rosters with similar playing ability to ensure a positive playing experience for all.

Are my FCA fees tax deductible?

Only donations directly to staff or Northeast IA FCA are tax deductible; the cost of registration, equipment/uniforms and tournaments are not.
